I believe children learn through hands on learning. Touching, feeling, experimenting with materials and their environment. I realize every child is unique and a gift from God; and the teacher is the key to finding the method that works with that child for learning. Barbara Hull - Teacher

I am the kindergarten teacher for Holy Cross Lutheran School. I earned my teaching credential from CSU, Sacramento and continue to take additional college and professional growth classes to further my education. I am certified in Health and Safety and Pediatric CPR. As a teacher my goal is to create a safe, loving, and inviting classroom environment conducive to helping children develop academically, physically, socially, emotionally, and spiritually using a variety of resources. Emphasis is placed on meeting the needs of each childŐs unique learning style, which can be accommodated by limiting class size to ten children. All of our academic goals are in line with the standards set forth by the State of California. I consider it a privilege spending my day watching children explore their world and discover what they are able to do when provided the necessary materials, guidance, and encouragement.
